Detailed Description of Humber Heights-Westmount

Humber Heights is a primarily residential neighbourhood located in the northeastern section of Etobicoke. It is a quiet place, but there’s also plenty to do around the neighbourhood. This is mostly because of the lively waters of Humber River. This neighbourhood is bordered By the Humber River to the east, Eglinton Avenue West to the south, Royal York Road in the west, and St. Phillips Road in the northwest. This is one of those neighbourhoods that has traditionally been reserved for low-rise housing, but as the city continues to spread out it’s beginning to see an influx of condos.
